crash of commentary window

tim, I'm frustrated. I thought that 4.6 might the problem so I uninstalled it. Now nothing works. Every request result in an 'error' message

Post the contents of the error message and I'll take a look. (When the crash reporter comes up copy everything in the center window.)

You could also try installing Bible Analyzer in Portable mode. That way everything is in one folder.

Do this,

Go to "Modules/Download Purchased Modules" in the Bible Analyzer "Main Menu" and follow the prompts. When finished, all your purchased titles should be installed.

TIM, All my books and commentaries reloaded, but my bibles did not. Can you help?

The Bibles are in the free section of the Download Manager. Select the one's you want and download.

Does that include the ones that I have purchased?

They should be marked as purchased in the Premium section of the Download Manager. Or you can download the setuo files at the store,

TIM, More problems. I ordered and payed for Legacy bible, but when I try to download it states that I have not purchased it.

Did you resync with the store server after the purchase like this,

If so, you can download a setup file from your Download Page under your account at the store.
