Cannot download Verse Timing Data For KJB Audio

Hello,
I am a new user of Bible Analyzer. I added the Verse Timing Data For KJB Audio to the shopping cart and checked out, but it doesn't appear in either the "Free" or the "Premium" lists. in the Module Download Manager. I tried clicking on the "Sync Purchases" button, and it still was not in the lists. Am I doing something wrong?
My operating system is Windows 10.
I have the FaithComesByHearing audio sets installed and linked.

I like the program. Though I have not explored many of its features, as I just installed it a couple of hours ago. I've already purchased the NASB w/ concordance, and a books bundle. I truly appreciate the ability to undock the windows from the main interface.

Anyway, let me know if I missed something with installing the audio timing module.

The verse timing data is now included with the Bible Analyzer installation. To use it just go to Audio Settings in Preferences and click the Link button to go to the folder that has the audio files. If the files have been indexed for timing, Bible Analyzer will sync then together.

Thanks Tim for the quick response.
Then something else is amiss. All I am getting is Text-to-Speech reading when I click on the "Speech Button", and not the recorded MP3 reading.
Here is what I have done: I downloaded the FaithComesByHearing audio sets. Unzipped them to two separate folders, "KJV" for non-dramatized, and "KJV Dramatized" for the dramatized. I linked the audio files using the "Link Audio File" button. I get the dialog box with the title, "Audio Timings Matched". It states that the files have been matched to "Faith Comes by Hearing, 1997 (AV)". It tells me to close that dialog and be sure "Use Audio Files" is selected in the "Preferences/Audio Settings" tab. There is no "Use Audio Files" checkbox or radio button in the audio settings tab. There is, however, an "MP3 Audio Files" radio button, which is selected. I have the following King James versions installed: The Authorized King James Version of 1611 (AV tab in Bibles window), American King James Version 1999 (AKJV tab), American King James Version With Strong's Numbers (AKJVs tab), and The Authorized King James Version 1611 (AV-1611 Tab). I have tried to get the MP3 readings to work with all of those versions, and I still get TTS instead. Do I need a special version to use the timed MP3 readings?

I checked the original FCBH files and did find where some chapters did not index. Evidently, through the updates the path parser may have been changed along the way. I will try to have it fixed for the next Bible Analyzer version.

Most of the OT chapters worked and a good many of the NT, but several don't.

I don't know if the FCBH publishers changed any of their file name conventions or updated any of the files, but if they did, those files won't index.

Check and see if Gen 1, Isa 53, or Dan 12 reads for you. If not, there was likely a change in the file names or data.

I tested the verses you suggested. With "Speech Type" set to MP3, I do not get any speech output, neither MP3, nor TTS, but if I select John 1:1 I get TTS. It's very weird.I checked my Windows volume mixer settings, and Bible Analyzer is set to full volume. I have the program installed as a portable program. Could that be a factor? To be clear, which version should I have selected in the Bible window? I have tried all of the KJB versions I have downloaded.

Try resetting your file indexes by Shift-clicking the Link Audio Files button. Then relink the files again. This makes a fresh index.

You can also reset Bible Analyzer itself from the Tools/Reset Bible Analyzer and Restart in the main menu at top.

I tried both resets, and it's the same. Itis strange that using John 1:1, the program reverts to TTS even though I have "Speech Type" set to "MP3 Audio Files". However, with the verses you have me try, I get no audio. I do not have your email address. If I remember correctly from when I ran phpBB on my site, you can send me a private message with the zipped audio files attached. There might be a size restriction for file attachments. I think phpBB allows you to increase attachment sizes, but it's been 9 or 10 years since I had a website.

By the way, thank you for Bible Analyzer. I am very happy with the program. I have used e-Sword for years. Then, a while back, there was an update to the program that changed the way it stored data files. That caused me to lose all of my notes on the Tabernacle I had made from Dr. Scott's study in Hebrews.

Anyway, even if we don't get my problem with the MP3 audio resolved, I can use TTS. I just wish there were better quality voices.

Tim, those new files didn't work either. In fact, with those files, the program doesn't default to TTS when I select John 1:1 as they did with the files I downloaded. Is it possible that I do not have the correct KJV version? I have downloaded all of the free versions.
Does it make a difference that I installed the portable version of Bible Analyzer?

I can't think of anything that might be causing a problem on my system.

The Bible version doesn't matter. They will play with any version but only sync with the AV.

Portable mode should not make a difference, but you can try a normal setup if you like.

Do you have the latest version of Bible Analyzer 5.6.5 ?

Are the audio files on the same drive as Bible Analyzer?
