Font missing for the SBLGNT
I have a missing font for the SBLGNT. I am using Bible Analyzer v5.4.1.22 for Windows 10, and several of the accented letters show up as empty boxes. See the screenshot attached to this message. I have installed all the fonts in the BA-fonts.zip file (available https://bibleanalyzer.com/download.htm...

Re: Alternate spellings?
In writing regular expressions, you may find it handy to use "cloak|cloke". The pipe functions as an OR operator to match the pattern on either side. The search module uses Perl-compatible regular expressions (PCRE), which is a very rich powerful set of regex syntax. For quick help on the ...

Module Download Manager does not sort on date
This is a bug report on the Module Download Manager for Bible Analyzer v5.4.0.50 for Linux (not tested in Windows) When all the items are displayed, there is an option to sort by Date either in ascending or descending format. However, the sort routine does not actually sort by date, because the date...

How long to become proficient in Python
Question for Tim,
How long did it take you learning and using Python to be come proficient enough to write Bible Analyzer in Python?
Do you work as a Python programmer outside of Bible Analyzer? If yes, what kind of programs or programming do you do?
Kind regards,

Christ's terms for Himself
Is there a place or reference work where I can find a list of all of our Lord's own terms for Himself? That is, - Son of Man - Son of God - Son of David - Son - Lord - Master - Teacher - Shepherd, Good shepherd - Light - Door - etc. Plus I'd like a list of the specific locations each term appears, s...

AVp, Luke 24:7 not in red letters
In the AVp module (Authorized Version, People and Places edition), at Luke 24:7, the words of Jesus are not marked in red letters. Don't you think they should be? Full context: 5, And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the ...

Re: Dates in the reference panel
Just curious, do you own a copy of The Handbook of Biblical Chronology (rev ed, 1998) by Jack Finegan? I have, and it's quite extensive. It's not arranged by chapter-and-event, as you might like, but it's immensely documented and academically thorough. He discusses the pros and cons of each position...

Re: Bible Module Suggestion
When you say, "bring back the Original Companion Bible by Bullinger... I liked studying the KJV text next to the structures", can you explain how the Structures would be shown in Bible Analyzer? I have used the Companion Bible for over 40 years (Zondervan reprint edition), and the Structur...

Re: hiding footnote numbers in Bible text
Hi Ken, it is helpful to say which operating system you have (Windows, Linux, etc.) and the version of Bible Analyzer to see if the issue can be reproduced in the same environment or maybe was fixed in a later release. I do not have NASB installed since it's a premium module, but I have been thinkin...

ScripturePad Editor failed
I worked over an hour composing a biblical response for Facebook in the ScripturePad editing window, inserting Bible verses and studies from 4 translations. Then I pressed Control-A to mark all, and Control-C to copy the marked content. Everything disappeared, and Bible Analyzer threw an error, and ...
