The Biblical Illustrator - The Old and New Testament was one of my earliest purchases and installations. However, when I "Sync Purchases" it always shows purchased but having not been downloaded, causing it to download each time the modules are synched.

Is there anything I can do to correct the condition?

Go to your modules commentary folder (Tools/Display Primary Modules Folder) and see if the BI files are named,

bi-nt.cmt
bi-ot.cmt

If not rename them as such, including lower case.

The Download Manager checks file names and the earliest BI downloads may be slightly different.

Problem solved.
