Wiersbe's Expository Outlines not downloading--SOLVED!

For whatever reason, Wiersbe's Expository Outlines of the Old and New Testaments won't download. Every time I sync purchases it shows up as being available for download and installs it...or so it seems. I go to look for it within any of the windows or listings within Bible Analyzer. I look on disk after installation and put the files in date descending order and it is easily seen that nothing was installed.

This happens also with Christian Quotes. I have reported that under a separate post.

Thanks.

What operating system and version number are you using? Do you have some type of anti-virus tool or system security suite that is designed to protect your system from unauthorized or unsigned installations?

If yes, check the dashboard or history log of that tool to see if it has blocked the installation of a suspicious or non-approved executable. If it has, see if you can can temporarily disable the AV tool during installation or ask it to prompt you before blocking.

Windows 11 Pro. I’ve never had a problem with the installation of any module thus far. Anyway, the setting I have in Windows would have given me a notification. And now Bible Analyzer won’t run at all. I suspect something else is going on with Bible Analyzer.

Somehow I missed in the instructions that if someone has trouble with the Download Manager for any file, they can go to their account online and look under Downloads. You can download any purchase you have made as a single install program. It is very easy and straightforward.

Once I did that, I found that going to the Download Manager and syncing purchases results in no issues whatsoever.

I hope this helps others who missed this info.
