In my Dictionary Window, I have two tabs entitled 'CWD'. They both are the Combined Word Definitions.
Though I haven't done an exhaustive comparison, the only difference I have been able to see is that, when I look up their file locations, they have different file names. They are indeed in the same location, but their file names are different. One is 'cwd.dct' and the other is 's-cwd.dct'.
Are they actually different, though the differences may be slim? Or, are they equivalent? If they are equivalent, is there any reason why I shouldn't get rid of one, and if so, which one?
Thanks.
I have two CWD dictionaries with 2 file locations
Re: I have two CWD dictionaries with 2 file locations
Never mind. I found a post regarding duplicate tools. I followed the instructions there and it was cleaned up.
Tim said in another post the following:
The "s-" prefix was used in earlier versions of Bible Analyzer so all the Strongs resources would be grouped together.
You can simply delete the files to resolve the duplicates.

Re: I have two CWD dictionaries with 2 file locations
Well, the second CWD showed up again. Apparently, the Download Manager thought it wasn't there and downloaded it again.
I think I may have fixed it. I deleted both the cwd.dct and the s-cwd.dct files from the computer. I then ran the Download Manager and it installed just one: s-cwd.dct.
I closed out Bible Analyzer and reopened it. I then synced purchases, and it showed that it was installed. So, I'm certain this has fixed the issue.
