Multiwin Not Opening in S-pad and Notes

Tim, the new html format is a real time saver for me, but I can’t get Multiwin to open if I select
View verse text Refs in Multiwin“
when I’m in Notes or S-pad. I’ve used WORDsearch for years and since Logos bought WS I have All features in Logos 9 but BA is still my go-to for study prep and class presentations. Thank you. Jim”
