Not sure if a recent purchase has had an effect on this or not.

I just recently purchased the Henry Morris commentaries.

When I click on a Bible location which is in green, it continually tells me that ExLBL Module is not loaded.

When I go to the Modules Download Manager and click on Synch, it tells me the Synch is successful and it states I have 1 purchased module to download and install. I purchased this module quite a while ago and it worked fine for me. Now, after it syncs and redownloads it, BA quits and restarts, however I still get the same results when I click on a location.

I have exited and restarted BA but still no success.

I was able to install BA55.1 after closing the current BA install.

However, the Locations module is still not working.

Look in the Download Manager and see if the ExLBL entry is gray showing it is installed.

If so, look in the Session Manager (Ctrl+M) and ensure it is marked to load.

If you still have trouble, let me know.

It is not greyed out. It also states it was purchased in 2015.

I selected it to download again, however after BA restart it is still not loaded.

I have also tried shutting everything down and restarting my system. Does not load the module.

Also, not seeing any errors during download and install.

Look in your primary Modules folder (found under the Tools menu) and in the Dictionary folder look for a ExLBL.dct file. Its size should be around 26MB.

It is in the Dictionary folder and is 26.3 in size.
It does not show in the Dictionary panel, and it used to show along with the Peoples module in the panel.

I also tried running BA with administrator privileges, but no difference.

I just noticed, it is not in the Session Manager. Not sure what that means.
