Abbreviations and prefaces in Modules?

Do the Dictionary/Lexicon Modules include the Preface, abbreviation list, Addenda or other "extras" that would be in the actual book? If so how do we view them?
Yes, in most cases.
Some of the preface data will be found under Module Information found when right-clicking on a tab. Other data may be found at the very top of the topic list; the first entries.
