Scofield Notes

Hey Brother Tim,
I downloaded the Scofield Notes Index module, and I have some questions

When a reference comes up in the reference panel, I select it and the Scofield Dictionary displays it's list. When I make a selection, I would expect that a Commentary module for Scofield or something should come up. According to the module information, a commentary window should open with the notes text. I do no see that.

To use, select the Scofield Reference Bible Notes Commentary tab in the Commentary Window, select the Scofield Reference Bible Notes Index Dictionary Topic in the Dictionary Window to view, then click a reference in the Index display. This Commentary will update and display the notes for that reference.

There is no Scofield tab in my commentary window. I am taken to the Bible Illustrator NT commentary tab though.

Scofield Notes is included with the basic Bible Analyzer app download.

There should be a scofield.cmt and scofield.dct files in their respective folders. Any .idx file is obsolete since the data is now included in current files.

Hi Brother,

I have the .dct file on my system, but not the cmt.
When it did not seem to work when I used it, I erased the .dct I had and reinstalled the dictionary module, but that did not fix the missing .cmt.

But...based on your comment above, I extracted it from the BA .deb file and copied it over. Seems to be working fine. Not sure where it went to begin with.

Scofield Notes is included with the basic Bible Analyzer app download.
