Would it be possible to add a selection check box to individually select specific verse(s) found and move to another result window or copy to multi-win, or copy to clipboard to use else ware. i.e If i run a search on say "A sword" 36 results are brought up. Now I am only interested in say 18 of them for a cross study only on those... It would be great to have ability to select those but leave the original search results un-changed.

Yes, its possible but not very practical for large result sets (100s of hits) but could be useful for smaller ones.

A couple ways one can restrict results is through the Exclude option. Results can also be exported (through the ACF) to a text or csv file and the unwanted hits removed.
