I started with BA 3.9 purchased on CD...Many Computers and moons ago!
I have BA on a USB stick and use it on several machines.
Upgraded to BA 5.5 and noticed duplicate modules.
Books and Commentaries mostly .
What is the fastest way to be sure i keep only the best copy of the modules ?

You can go to your modules folder and check the file dates. Or you could just remove any questionable or duplicated titles and redownload them. (Right-clicking on a tab; File Location, will display the path to that file.)
