Bad File Descriptor in Windows 11

Post by borndagain »

I installed v5.5 on my new Windows 11 laptop successfully, but after a few days I can no longer access the program. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've run the Windows troubleshooter, run program as administer, and changed all permissions to "allow". Here is the log:

This error occurs when Bible Analyzer is trying to backup your default.nts file to your Documents/Bible Analyzer User Modules folder.

This could be caused by a couple things. Go to your Documents/Bible Analyzer User Modules folder and delete (or move) the default.nts file if it is there and see if Bible Analyzer will start. That file is just a copy.

Let me know what happens.
