Bible Analyzer 5.2 on Linux Mint 18.3 Stopped Working

Post by Paul Weaver »

It was running fine until today. I closed out of it to do other things, then when I came back to launch the program, all I get is the splash screen and nothing else. I did a restore once before when it did something like this but now I can't remember what I did. Any ideas? Thanks.

Go to your home\.config\bibleanalyzer folder (it is hidden) and delete the config.ini file and see if Bible Analyzer will start.

If not it may be a corrupt module file. Go to Documents\Bible Analyzer\Modules and look through the folders for a 0 byte size file and delete it if found.

Or you can open Bible Analyzer from Terminal "bibleanalyzer" and send me the output.

Thanks for the quick reply, Tim. The config file was corrupted. I deleted it and she started right up again. :D
