Samaritan Pentateuch module

Is the Samaritan Pentateuch available for Bible Analyzer?
I realize that a Pentateuch module would cover only the first 5 books of the Old Testament. Would that be possible to distribute an English translation of the Samaritan Pentateuch? Or would there be copyright issues, technical issues, or theological issues that would prevent this being available?
