e-Sword Conversion

Post by darrel_jw »

I read somewhere about converting e-Sword modules to BA, but now I can't find it. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

Years ago the converter would convert eSword modules but since eSword changed its database format, that no longer works.

Concerning e-Sword conversion, at least for e-Sword books and/or Topic (.topx) files you might consider the following:
(1)Copy the text into Word
(2)Highlight the text you copied, then hold down Shift-Control-F9 to remove unecessary charactets
(3)Save the above as an .HTML or HTM file in Word.
(4)Copy the text from step 3 above and paste into Bible Analyzer.
(5)Havent tried copying the actual htm code into the DB Browser, but that might be another viable option.

Have found that this works pretty good with another Bible program and may work for you in BA 5.5...
