How do I close Dual Bible view, Compare Bilble view, etc. and have only one Bible in the Bible window? It seems simple enough but I can't seem to do it.

Try clicking the Dual button in the Bible Toolbar. It toggles Dual on and off. It is right beside the Reference History dropdown.
