Bible Manners and customs

I have purchased Bible Manners and Customs, however it will not install on my system.

I am running Windows 10 on a fairly new Desktop system, not a laptop.

When I try to install it, I get the error that it may have not installed correctly. At that point I did try to install it using compatibility mode however there was no change.

I tried re-downloading it, still no difference.

I have tried rebooting my system, but it still will not install. I have also tried it with Bible Analyzer shut down and with it running.

Please advise, as at this point I have run out of ideas as to what to try.

Had it in fact installed correctly. The dialog you received is just asking the question.

So, you purchased this module?
Go to Main menu ->Modules-> Download Purchased Modules. This should give you a window to login and sync your purchases.

Already did that.

Does not work. When I sync the purchases it tells me there are 0 modules to install. So then I download the exe file and run that. That will not install either.

ok
If you open the Module Download Manager and go to the Premium Bundles, does it show that you have purchased the "Bible Manners and Customs Bundle"

No it does not, but if I go to my account page and check my order history, it shows that I did purchase it.

I will have to leave this for Tim to sort out. The only other thing that came to my mind was that you might have two different Sync email sign in perhaps due to changing email address?

It is noted on the top of the Sync Purchases window that the same email and password must be used for the store and the sync
