If you have a "User note pad" (Notes tab selected) open and you select a new verse it automatically places a "N" at the beginning of the verse even though the selected note pad is empty. I'm not seeing it go away between sessions of restart either.

Yes, this is a bug, and I just found the issue and will try to get an update of Bible Analyzer up this week.
(I remember you sending me an email on this but had not got to it yet.)
With the update you will simply backspace in an empty ref note entry and then change verses and the note indicator (N) should go away.

I uploaded a Bible Analyzer update that fixes this issue, v5.5.1.15.
As mentioned earlier, simply select a verse with an empty note, be sure it is empty, then select another verse. The N indicator should go away.
