Post by Tim »

We finally have a beta ready to test of v5.5.

Installation
This is not a setup file but a zipped folder. Uncompress somewhere and open the Bible Analyzer exe to run.
www.bibleanalyzer.com/files/ba-55.zip

To test the interlinear features you will have to add some modules. The Bibles can be downloaded using Bible Analyzer's Download Manager,
  • AVs
    TRi
    WLCi
The Strong's dictionaries and the Word Study Dictionary can be downloaded here, Unzip and move the two .dct files to the Module/Dictionaries folder.

Video
Here is a video that shows the new things,

These are nice new features for study, and the program seems to work very well so far. Good video also.

Thanks. I look forward to using it.

All I get is a console window opening for a split second and then closing, and that's it. My Windows is up to date, latest version.

Try opening Windows Command Prompt, navigate to the folder and run the Bible Analyzer exe. It should stay open and maybe show what is happening.

I uploaded a new beta (5.5.0.16) that may fix the Locale issue. Try it out. It also fixes a saving layout issue and dialog issue.

You can download just the Bible Analyzer exe here if you already have download the initial beta. Just extract the exe into the existing folder, overwriting the existing exe.

Just the exe,
www.bibleanalyzer.com/files/BibleAnalyzer5.zip

Or the whole folder,
www.bibleanalyzer.com/files/BA-55.zip

Hi Tim,
I still get the exact same error, please see the attachment.
And by the way, 5.4 version is working without problems.
