Re: 4.0 RC

Glad you found them of value. I'm working on a new exclusive module (at least for now), The Handbook of Bible Manners and Customs by Freeman. It is old but pretty good and has around 175 illustrations. I have the illustrations ready and the text laid out, now the tedious proofing. As good as some OC...

Re: strongs

Did the modules work ok at first and then quit working? On Linux sometimes deleting the config.ini will fix issues like that.

Re: 4.0 RC

Thanks for testing it, Brother. Also, the modules on your CD should all work with v4. Just copy them over. I have found a couple things that need fixed plus I have added a couple things. 1. A button on the Dct and Cmt windows that allows the default module to be turned off. That is if you want to st...

Re: Testing BA 4.0

I just made some changes to the code to cause the highlighted verse to scroll into view on maximize/restore and on sash movement.

Only the Bible window will scroll. At present there is no way to determine the position of the other windows (Dct, Cmt, etc.)

May have an updated RC in a day or two.

Re: strongs

Can you tell me which verse or number this is? May have to update the module.

Re: 4.0 RC

You can make another cmt the default in Preferences so the TSK(e) won't display in both places. There will still be a TSKe tab in the Comments window, but it won't be displayed by default.

Re: No Master Control Panel

Yes, it is an encoding issue with the Hodge book module. V4 should fix the issue.

Re: BA 4.0 RC Audio / Quiz Player

For some reason it can't find the audio drivers (if they are loaded). I'll check it out. At least put an exception in to catch the error when not found.

Thanks

Re: Testing BA 4.0

I think that's a dll issue. XP needs MSVCP71.dll besides MSVCR71.dll which is included.

You should be able to find it online. If you can't let me know. Just put it in the Bible Analyzer folder.

I will distribute both with the official release.

Re: BA 3.9 impressions

Good on the installation of the modules. I figured there was a way to extract the exe files (they are really just archives). Anyway with v4 we will have links for .tar.bz2 versions of the files for Linux users. We had to change the modules location because of permissions. The module creator utility ...
