Bible Analyzer 4.0.6 Update

We have been tweaking and refining Bible Analyzer over the last couple weeks and now have an update, 4.0.6. It fixes a couple issues with the Parallel Generator, such as it can now display any Bible text. Before it could only display complete Bible texts (not just NT texts). Also fixed printing/expo...

Re: Bible Analyzer 4.0 Released

We have modified the module specification to allow a dedicated font in Bible, Commentary, and Dictionary modules. This is implemented in v4.0.6 which is available now. Here is the SBLGNT Bible module with the Apparatus as a Commentary module. The required Greek font will be installed as well. The mo...

Re: Suggestions for the future.

Does the ScripturePad built in word processor not work for this? One can copy/paste to/from it and save the files. It also can make live link popups. You can also export ranges of verses to it by right-click. It will also save in .rtf so the files can be opened in another word processor.

Re: Toolbar Issue - BA 4.0 -Windows XP Pro

The disappearing menu is a mystery and we are looking into it, but there are a couple things you can try. First, click the small "L" button in the Toolbar for the layout menu and select the "default layout" and see if your menu comes back. If it doesn't you need to delete the bib...

Re: Controlling which dictionary will display on click

I need to update the video. I changed it because the button gives the user a visible reference to the state of the default resource and can easily be changed without having to remember a key sequence.

Re: Controlling which dictionary will display on click

It used to be a key (ctrl) but now (v4) there is a small "D" button on the dictionary and commentary window toolbars that does the same. The button is selected (in) by default which causes all click actions to go to the default resource. If the button is not "On," the actions wil...

Re: Bookmarks, another BMs question

Randy, I could have worded the Bookmark feature better. Where is says "shift+entry" that does not mean hitting the "Enter" key. What I meant to say is holding down the shift key when you click on an existing Bookmark entry will allow one to edit the existing entry. Clicking an ex...

Re: Bible Analyzer 4.0 Released

Johan, Thank you very much for these modules. I have looked at them and will tweak them a little to better work with Bible Analyzer. One thing I have done is tag the Greek text in the Bible and apparatus for the Galaxy Unicode Greek font Bible Analyzer uses. This will allow the user to set the defau...

Re: SBL-Greek New Testament

It looks like they have a very generous license that will allow us to make a Bible module for the text and a commentary module for the apparatus. As soon a I get the time...unless someone else wants to work on formating it for Bible Analyzer.
