Re: NET Bible transliteration, fonts, version

You can do a simple text replace for the changes you want to make. You need an sqlite editor to access the module data. I checked again and Harper Collins is now the publisher. They are a secular company owned by Rupert Mudoch's Newscorp. They are in it for the money and have no inclination to even ...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Linux)

I will update the beta in a few days so it will run on 20.04. The issue is 20.04 ships with Python 3.8 while the beta was written for 3.7. Re: appendixes

The problem with the section numbers was they were too small to scan correctly. Re: NET Bible transliteration, fonts, version

Yes, this is the previous version of the NET Bible. Around 2008-10 I think. True, this info should be listed on the product page. I'll add it soon. It appears the developers of the NET Bible are now using a different, bigger publisher. I wrote the new publisher asking about getting the latest versio...

Re: Feature Suggestion: Custom Daily Bible Reading

You can make your own reading schedule by following the format of the existing .pln files. Here is an example of the NT 90 day plan, New Testament in Canonical/Book Order - 90 Days Matthew 1-3 Matthew 4-6 Matthew 7-9 Matthew 10-12 etc... Put the plan title on the first line and then the chapter rang...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Linux)

It is working slick on Windows, but as usual, on Linux there are issues I have to try and sort out. It displays Ok and the popups work, but there are scrolling and other issues. Anyway here is a screenshot on Ubuntu Mate 20.04

Re: CRMB - Common Man's Reference Bible

Ok, I see it is in the TSKe commentary window where it displays the current Bible text. I need to fix the formatting there or remove the indicators entirely. However, if you change the tab to the Av and click the refresh link, you will get the same text without the indicators. (The CMRB text is the ...

Re: Note on Manjaro GNOME Install

Thanks for the kind words.

Glad it functions on Manjaro. Did you install v5.2 or the v5.4 beta?
