When there are many verses after about 27 verses, the different versions are no longer in columns, but just as a long continuous stream.

I am trying to find Dake's statistics, and book introductory notes.
Are they linked to a particular version of the Bible?
Also his numerous lists and additional info.
Where would this be displayed?
