Re: Typing greek phrase to search (Greek Keyboard or Greek Translieration)

This response is coming to you over a year late, and I don't know if you will ever read this. Be that as it may, here is a reply. I do not work for Bible Analyzer, I'm just an occasional user. If you're searching for Greek phrases in a Greek text (such as the Textus Receptus Interlinear), your softw...

Re: install error (solved)

Hi, Tim. Just to close the thread on this topic, I wanted to add this. I am now running Linux Mint 20 "Ulyana", Gnome desktop, Cinnamon edition, and have successfully downloaded and installed Bible Analyzer version 5.4.0.50 for Linux. The "Help > About" info does not show that it...

Re: Linux BA 5.41 does not like dark theme

Looks like users need to choose a light theme with Bible Analyzer. The theme below is:

Preferences > Themes > Desktop: Mint-X-Blue, Window borders: Mint-Y, Controls: Mint-Y-Darker-Blue.

Linux BA 5.41 does not like dark theme

Hi. I've installed Linux Mint 20 "Ulyana" with Gnome-Cinnamon desktop, and a theme called "Mint-Y-Dark", which does not work well with Bible Analyzer for Linux (beta), version 5.4.0.50. Is there an optimal theme setting for BA for Linux? Screen shot below: BAbeta5_on_Linux_2020-1...

Re: Installed but not opening

Hello, typender. The common way to resolve problems during installation is to do something like this. This applies to many situations, not just Bible Analyzer: Reboot (restart) the computer and try running the application again If the same error still occurs, uninstall the program entirely Reboot th...

Re: install error

Hello, I have the same error message. This week I switched from Linux Mint 19.3 ("Tricia") to Mint 20.0 ("Ulyana"). Both versions used the Gnome desktop, "Cinnamon" version. I had Bible Analyzer version 5.2-1 for Linux working on Mint 19.3, but when I try to install the...

Samaritan Pentateuch module

Is the Samaritan Pentateuch available for Bible Analyzer? I realize that a Pentateuch module would cover only the first 5 books of the Old Testament. Would that be possible to distribute an English translation of the Samaritan Pentateuch? Or would there be copyright issues, technical issues, or theo...

Re: Parallel View does not display correctly

Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3 When there are many verses after about 27 verses, the different versions are no longer in columns, but just as a long continuous stream. Hello Elmar. I am using Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.3 "Tricia" with the Gnome desktop, and Bible Analyzer v5.2.1.25 for Linux. Can y...

Re: NET Bible transliteration, fonts, version

Tim, is there a remedy for fix for the font issue? Is there a regex replace that I can do to fix the transliteration problem? I'm willing to live with the current version that I purchased (appears to be the first edition), and I don't need a refund. I own a leather-bound "NET BIble" first ...
