Just installed Bible Analyzer ver 5.6.1.04, according to Help > About Bible Analyzer.
However, when I clicked on Help > Check for Update, it gave this message:

Re: exhaustive library of Bible lands : display problem in image viewer
Hello Ken, I'm a Bible Analyzer supporter, and I also have purchased the extra modules for Bible Places and Bible People. I can confirm that it kind of works the way you describe. When I click on the link to "View Location in Physical Map", it takes me to the same place yours goes. But did...

Re: regex bug in negated character set
Thanks for replying quickly, Tim. I know that I can use other synonyms for the regex that I used. The escape sequence \S is one of them, or I could have used [^[:space:]] or [^\x20] instead. A basic help for Narrator is at https://windowsreport.com/windows-11-text-to-speech/ Also, https://www.thewindowsclub.com/windows-speech-recognition-doesnt-wor...

Thanks, Tim. I will alter the Preferences section as you suggested and report back what I find. That was a good suggestion!

regex bug in negated character set
Thank you, Tim, for all the work you have put into Bible Analyzer. I am using BA version 5.5.1.18 for Windows, and have come across a bug. I am using Advanced Search, search method Regular Expression, and using this valid Basic Regular Expression. h[^ ]d This matches three characters: the letter 'h'...

Startup Error on new install
Hi, Tim. I have just reclaimed an old laptop that was running intolerably slow under Windows 10, a Lenovo G580 with 4 GB RAM. It was so slow that it was impossible to work on it. After taking many hours to back up all relevant photos, audio, personal files, etc., I installed Linux Lite v6.4, reclaim...

Re: Impossible to create a commentary
When you post a question for help on a tech forum, it is helpful to know the operating system you are using (because BA works under Windows, Unix, and Mac), the version of Bible Analyzer you have, and the steps to reproduce the problem. I am using Windows 10, Bible Analyzer version 5.5.1.18, and I c...

Re: I Found My Favorite Font! What's Your's?
My current font definitions for both "Default" and "Bible Panel" is Verdana, with a Windows Font Size set at 120%. The Hebrew Bible Font is Galaxie Unicode Hebrew. Verdana is especially readable, and It handles embedded Greek and Hebrew nicely. For others: Font preferences can be...
