In the AV-Strong Index, looking up covenant, there is a duplicate link @ G1242 > "of the covenant". Heb 9:4; 4; (see screenshot).

They both link to Heb 9:4. And both seem to add to the hit count (4).

The AV/Strongs Indexer counts instances of a word, not verses. There is two instances of 'covenant' in Heb. 9:4, hence the double reference.
