These are good ideas but are very hard to implement for all Bibles. Let me mention why.
The comparison feature is most helpful with two texts that are quite similar. Such as the AV/AV-1611 or the AV/KJ2000, etc. But when two texts are compared that are not very similar, such as the AV/NIV etc., there are so many differences that the comparison code sees them as two completely different texts and flags every word as a difference. Thus the summary would be as large as the Bible text itself.
Because of this we added the Keyword option to the comparison utility. Using this one can compare texts using a single word. For instance, if you enter the word Christ and compare the AV with the ASV, it will list all the verses where Christ is found in the AV and NOT found in the ASV. The Bible order can be reversed to show differences the other way as well. This is a quick way to show the major or doctrinal differences between versions.
We may be able to implement some of the summary and printing ideas in the future where the differences are not extensive.
