Hi Everyone,
I got the 3.8 a couple weeks ago but can't view the Master Control Panel or books/articales almost like the features didn't exist? But I have been able to veiw them on the CD. Thank the Lord. I've re-installed and followed the instructions etc.The only think I can think of are the 5 other different Bible software programs I have installed and there is a sharing file issue? Not sure any suggestions?

Re: Can"t View Master Control Panel
What OS do you have XP, Vista, 7, Linux? How much ram in your system?
Did the Master Control Panel (F2) open when first installed?
Do you get any errors upon closing Bible Analyzer?
If you tried the free version from the website, did it work OK?

Re: Can"t View Master Control Panel
The log file helps a lot.
It seems there may be a book title that is having trouble initializing (an encoding thing) on your system. What you can do is try to isolate or exclude the title. Go to your Modules/Text folder (on XP it should be in this under this folder, C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Bible Analyzer\Modules\Text) and move all the .bk files to a temporary folder. Then move a few at a time back and try to open the MCP. This way you should be able to eliminate the culprit.
We will try to have a workaround for this issue in version 3.9 which, Lord willing, is not too far away.
Let me know what happens.

Thanks I'll give this a try,
Re: Can"t View Master Control Panel
I couldn't get it to work on my desk top (to many programs) but bought a few of the new modules and it installed perfectly on my little portable acer.....modules and everything work great. Thank The Lord. Great Software. But I'll wait on upgrading for now and just enjoy the Word.
