Hi, just installed the latest 3.9.1 to Vista 32bit portable install.
I just noticed that the opening logo is 1611-2011
did I miss a year?
Also I installed the NET free version. If i go to MCP and advanced search tab, and click on "Words" button, there is no response. There are other Bibles that do and don't work along with this button.

2011? No you didn't miss a year. Just noting how long the AV has been with us and its upcoming birthday.
The word list in MCP at present will only display ASCII encoded texts. We will look at changing that to work like the other word lists which will show utf-8 encoded texts (Greek, etc.)
