Hodges Systematic Theology

I have the book module installed that contains Hodges Systematic Theology. Volumes 1 & 3 are appearing in the book list but not volume 2. I have checked the modules folder and it shows hodge1.bk, hodge2.bk, and hodge3.bk files installed. But the hodge2.bk file seems to be a problem file. Any solutions?

It may be an encoding issue. Here is a zip file of the three files,

You will have to manually place them in your /Modules/Text folder to try.
