Dictionary Module

Post by Brother Mike »

Having some problems compiling a dictionary module on linux.

Just says it encountered an error and that my file is formatted properly.

Can the topic contain spaces, parenthesis, etc before the tab that delimits it from the definition?

Any other helpful hints?

Thanks

It could be an encoding or line ending issue.

The text should be plain ASCII or encoded in UTF-8

The line endings should be Windows format.

You can check these in Notepad++.

If you still have trouble, email it or part of it to me and I'll look at it.
