Companion Bible Module Abbreviations List

In the printed version of The Companion Bible there is a list of abbreviations within the preface. The abbreviations appear in the Companion Bible Module Notes, but there is not a list of abbreviations within the module to help explain what are the abbreviations. Are the abbreviations included somewhere in the module or can they be added?

Most of the preface is found in the module information display (right click on tab) but not the abbr. list. This could be added in a future module update, but i'm not sure when this will be.
