download manager 5.0-5 (Linux Mint 18.1)

Loaded 5.0-5 successfully. Everything seems to work except Download Manager. When I click to down load modules the program
freezes and no other actions can be performed. Must click X and perform force-quit.
I am using Linux Mint 18.1 with Kernel 4.10.1.

So you're installing the windows version under Wine or VirtualBox on Linux Mint (unless I am mistaken I don't think Tim has released the BA for Linux version 5 yet)? I run BA 5.0-5 primarily in a VirtualBox but also under PlayOnLinux, and the only thing that does not work under Wine is using the Alt key to hover and highlight text. Everything else plays. When I run BA in VirtualBox everything works just like under windows.

Minor correction! I am actually running BA 5.2.0.16.

Does the lock up occur when you click the download button or when you try to open the Download Manager?
Run BA once from Terminal (enter "bibleanalyzer") and do what causes the freeze. Then post or send me the output.

Downloaded linux version 5,0-5 from website.
After openning the download and trying to download modules.
Tried the other commands in menu and only the botton three work and didn't freeze the application up.
