Now that I have installed Bible Analyzer 5 , I noticed that 4 is still on my desktop and opens up when I open it. Do I uninstall 4?

You do not have to uninstall Bible Analyzer 4, but if you are not going to use it anymore it is best to go ahead and uninstall. When uninstalling, you will be given an option asking whether to delete your modules. Click "No" and they will stay and be available for version 5.
