It looks like they have a very generous license that will allow us to make a Bible module for the text and a commentary module for the apparatus. As soon a I get the time...unless someone else wants to work on formating it for Bible Analyzer.

You can download both the main text and the critical apparatus for BA 3.9 or higher from http://theologicallibraryportal.yolasite.com/software.php You must set your font properties on a font like Cardo to view the diacritical signs. You can also download there some more Greek Bibles.
