Is there a list that show what premium modules are not on the CD version?
I just don't want to duplicate someone work if it is out there.

Sorry for the delay. This post just showed up.
There is no list per se, but most of the more recent premium modules are not on the CD. Actually the CD is full with nearly 800MB of compressed data.
