Book Icon Tab Switch

Is it possible to have the modules automatically switch to the tab with the notes. I have the dictionary module open and a default dictionary selected. When I click on a word and my default dictionary has no notes and no book icon in the tab but another non-default dictionary has notes and the book icon, is it possible for the dictionary module to automatically switch to that tab with the notes?

Yes, that could be done, but which tab should get selected if the user has more than one with hits? The first in the list? Would probably be better than nothing, I agree.

Starts with first on the list and if there was a back and forward arrow to switch.
