As I was looking at the book of Daniel in the WEB bible version, I noticed that there are several coding artifacts in the text. The following text snippet, which codes for italics, appeared throughout the book of Daniel:
\cf15\I
(a total of 49 of them). I did some digging and found the same text snippet in several other books of the bible as well. Here is a summary of what I found in each of the books (all in the WEB bible version):
54 in Numbers,
70 in Deuteronomy,
53 in Judges,
5 in Ruth,
76 in 1 Samuel,
72 in 2 Samuel,
77 in 1 Kings,
58 in 2 Kings,
118 in 1 Chronicles,
106 in 2 Chronicles,
40 in Ezra,
61 in Nehemiah,
43 in Isaiah,
139 in Jeremiah,
11 in Lamentations,
194 in Ezekiel,
49 in Daniel.
(none found in the NT)
Last Feb. we updated the WEB module plus added the WMB. To be sure you have the latest just click the title again in the Download Manager and Download. If you still see these tag remnants, let me know.
Thanks.
