On my BA-5 I see under PREMIUM the ability to buy Harmony/Parallel Modules. It is not grayed out, but the price is $0.00. I am not sure what that means. Please see the attachment. In the meantime this issue does not appear for anything else.
The $0 price just means this Premium title is free for the time being. You have to go through the store checkout process to get it, but there is no charge.
