error and slow running

Hi, While installing BA I got an error box (picture of) shown in the attachment .
then after installation it ran but seems to be very slow and it keeps hanging up when
I try to view different book or modules.
I don't know if that 'error" has anything to do with the slow performance.

I've tried to look up the log in the address given in the error but can't find the Bible Analyzer in Programs directory under the RUN / PROGRAMS or the picture of the error I took . I did find Bible Analyzer in C:\Programs \ but the error box picture is not there. Regardless I got that error message for a reason but what does it mean and is my program running slow for a problem or is it just a slow program. I run Window 7 Pro and have 16GB ram.
Should I erase BA and reinstall it or what?

First, try running this reset utility and see if it helps,

Sometimes a file can get corrupted.

If you still have the issue and it running slow post back and we will go from there.
