Purchased books in directory but not grayed in store

The following Bible Illustrator OT/NT is in directory of my commentaries but the store modules still show black and that I can download and have, but repeatedly still show available for both synced and free. In the free commentaries it still shows Guzik available. I have attached files.

There are two issues here and one of them is now fixed. Go to the Download Manager and redownload the Guzik title and it should show installed.

For the BI, I think the issue is that you have an earlier order of these titles and there was a slight change in the MySQL database on the server that causes the Download data not to exactly match. The easiest way to fix this is for you to order the same titles again to get the current data associated with your account.

Send me an email and I'll give you a voucher so you can order them again for free. You do not have to download the files again; just sync again with the store. This will update your account to the proper titles.
