If I switch from Vista to ubuntu is there a way to use windows or mac programs in ubuntu? Also is there a media player? games like Solitaire? I already use open office. are the Ubuntu programs compatible with Windows/ Mac like Open Office? and how do I find Additional programs that are compatible with Ubuntu without getting spyware filled trash instead?
