With v4 the Bible mods can be in two places. In usr/share/bibleanalyzer/modules or a new User/Documents/Bible Analyzer folder. Try putting the modules in either place. Use "sudu" to move/copy to the first and see what happens.

Sorry for the delay in this reply. For some reason I was not notified of a new post. The idx files are index files created when Bible Analyzer is run. It looks for them on start and if not there it creates a new one. Try putting the commentaries in one at a time and see if it is a certain one causin...

With a portable installation you have to manually move the modules to the Modules folder under the portable install folder. There is a little bug in the NSIS install setup that will not recognize a new path entered in the path entry, so it will install in the default location. Where the files are in...

Computers can be finicky. You should have received an email with a link from the store (also at your store account), but it will be a Windows .exe making it difficult in Linux.
