Re: Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Linux)

Well...it appears Debian/Ubuntu has completely removed all wxPython builds based on Python 2.7. All they have are the Python 3.7 builds and Bible Analyzer 5.4 is based on 2.7. I am in the process of updating all the code to 3.7, but it is not ready yet. (One can say what they want about Windows, but...

Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Mac)

I have a preliminary beta ready to try on Mac. It is a Mac dmg image file so you simply need to mount it and run the Bible Analyzer app inside. You do not need to copy it to Applications (but MacOs may do that itself.) This is fully 64bit so their should not be any issues with Mac Catalina complaini...

Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Linux)

I have a preliminary beta ready to try on Linux. As mentioned under the Windows beta topic, this deb will require access to the Ubuntu 19.10 repositories. You will either have to have Ubuntu 19.10 installed or add the 19.10 repositories to your existing installation. Here is the deb, www.bibleanalyz...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Windows)

This is likely due to some dependency or dll version issue so I compiled a new setup on my older Win 7 system. I uploaded this bundle (same file name)...

Bible Analyzer 5.4 beta (Windows)

We have a beta version of Bible Analyzer 5.4 ready to test. This version concentrates more on updating the "under the hood" code Bible Analyzer is built upon (wxPython), but there are some new features as well. One new feature is called Cloud Sync. The capability for Bible Analyzer to save its setti...

Re: Bible References

The entry box in the Notes Toolbar is only for searching existing notes. Entering a note there will not place a note for that verse or chapter. The way to do it for a whole chapter is to either enter a chapter in the Quick Entry box like "Genesis 1:" (You must enter the colon (:) after the chapter n...
