Re: 5.2 Beta Testing (Windows)

How do I insert an image into a comment on the forum? Paste doesn't work. Does the image have to be stored on the web or can it be on the HD? In the line below I inserted a link from my onedrive on the web, but I don't see anything in preview. Thanks. https://1drv.ms/i/s!AhxvuvB-C1YHhKUz-3GDfqnVgs_S...

Re: 5.2 Beta Testing (Windows)

What I thought were verses I had marked with color must have actually be a static markup file. I may have lost my user markup file somewhere along the way. Ignore my comment about converting color markup to black underlines. Oops.

I found a backup markup file and the colors are right in AVp.

Re: 5.2 Beta Testing (Windows)

Adding to previous post regarding markup: I selected "sharing markup" across AV using options II in user prefs. Then I marked a verse (joh 3.16) in yellow in the AV. That worked and it showed in yellow in AVs if strongs # are showing, but in the transparent mode, only the 1st word was yellow. In AV-...

Re: 5.2 Beta Testing (Windows)

I just put BA 5.2.0.07 in my portable directory. The colors for people in AVp are now showing dark red correctly, but verses that I had previously highlighted in colors in the AV module are now just black underlined rather than color.

Re: 5.1 Beta Testing (Windows)

All the links work.

I notice that if BA is minimized when the html link is clicked, BA does show the result until you un-minimize it. If BA is open in a separate desktop in Win 10, it does not switch to BA in that desktop.

Re: Bible Analyzer 5 Linux Beta

Alec wrote:For anyone who is still wanting to install Bible Analyzer 5 Linux beta on Ubuntu 14.04/Linux Mint 17.2 or 17.3, this method should work successfully. It uses a PPA repository built expressly to provide a safe backport of python 3 for Ubuntu 14.04.
Thanks for the tip. That works for me too.

Re: Bible Analyzer 5 Linux Beta

Hi wsbones, Yes, I can confirm that the earlier steps no longer work with Linux Mint 17.3. When I went to reinstall, I received the same error you get. Very sad! Alec I installed VirtualBox in linux and Win10 as a virtual machine. BA works very well that way. Tim said there would be a linux update ...

Re: Bible Analyzer 5 Linux Beta

I installed Linux Mint 17.3 but couldn't install BA. I tried using the information in the post by Onio on the previous page, but I get the following messages. Any ideas? Thanks. I need clear instruction :) sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu vivid main universe" sudo apt...
