The ref index panels are always linked to the current verse. Having them update independently would break several other functions, so that is not something we will be able to consider right now.

Try clicking the Console button and then copy and send me the last couple screens of output. Maybe there will be something there to show what the issue is.

The various Linux distros have different font and spacing sizes that can fill a dialog or window before others. I made most of the windows and dialogs resizable to try and compensate.

Try going to the Layout button in the main toolbar (the "L" button) and selecting another layout and see if it helps.

It looks like the display window got corrupted and is putting the scrollbar out of place. Does it do this every time you do a search?

Its best not to use <p> and <blockquote> together. Just use one or the other. Also, there is a custom tag called <ind>...</ind> that is much the same as <blockquote> but without the extra empty line returns. Also, be sure and close all font tags. No, you can't change the Strong's color because the code searches the numbers out and adds the tag. It would then be inside your tag and take precedence.
