I only have one commentary and one dictionary loaded in the Session Manager. The program searches fast on single words and on words without quotes in the Biblical Illustrator but when I put a phrase in quotes it drags it down to a very slow pace. I don't have this issue with the other commentaries. ...

Thanks for your assistance but the expressions need to be modified because in Lev 17:15 it does not mark "of itself" or "himself" in italics. It only marks the phrase "with beasts, whether it be" which is correct but what I wanted was a total count of 5 more words in it...

<i>.+?</i> does find 1John 2:23 but how can I now combine it with other expressions so that the verse in 1John 2:23 is found with all of the other verses that also have more than 5 words that are in italics?
